"If breakfast is improved then the hotel is deserved 5 stars. We stayed 2 nights and the 2nd day breakfast was already boring."

"nice place. friendly staff. would stay again"

"This hotel was beautiful! Very elegant and the rooms were huge. Massive king size bed and the bathroom and shower were first class. Loved the robes, housekeeping was top notch and the front desk staff were very helpful! We highly recommend staying here when you're in Madrid!"

"Excellent stay"

"Great location! Clean facility. Room was listed as “courtyard view” but my room had a view of other rooms and a wall! Bed was uncomfortable and shower was great. No concierge services. Room access key didn’t work 50% of the time. I loved Madrid and the location, but would not recommend."

"You need to be fit as the rooms are on the third floor. Staff were very helpful and courteous, although some were not so good at English but not a problem if you were patient. Great location as only a few minutes walk from Prado and less than 30 minutes from most city centre attractions…no catering so need to get vouchers from reception for two local cafe/restaurants, some excellent restaurant choices nearby. "Everything tasted very good, I'll be back!"

"Breakfast too expensive. Didn’t have it."

"Awesome place to stay at in Madrid. 15min walk to the royal capital and a 10 minute walk from Atocha Rhonda station."

"Fue una elección sin anticipación, el rumbo no está nada wow, no fue sorpresa eso. Hubo WiFi sin Internet, el responsable el proveedor, dice sitio. No es un Hotel. Es un Piso buen adaptado a 8 habitaciones. No hay Recepción pero siempre atención x Link a Servicio a Clientes. Si te gano el tiempo y no planeaste, puede ser buena opción. Si esta muy limpilo y recién renovado."

"Beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms. The location was ideal to walk to everything!"
