"The entire visit was wonderful! Every staff member we spoke to at the front desk and dining room or passed in the hallways were very friendly, polite and always smiling. The front desk shared our excitement and disappointment of our concert event that was cancelled which was our main reason for the booking. The building and room was very clean and comfortable. "Had an excellent stay on the ground floor. There is easy access to the parking area via several doors. Checkin was quick, nights were quiet, and the breakfast buffet was decent along with choices of juice and coffee. There’s a lot of restaurants nearby, so location is outstanding, but you do have to drive. I would definitely stay again."

"This is a truly unique and wonderful hotel. I highly recommend it. It is not far from the downtown core and the parks where most of the festivals happen. There is a ton of parking available and its included which is great. The breakfast was much better than expected for something included. We would love to go back for dinner as the food looked incredible. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Do not hesitate to book here its worth every penny."

"The property was fun and had a great vibe. Restaurants and bars were great - especially the Speakeasy in the basement. Location overall was very cool especially as it was attached to The Factory which a bit of an entertainment hub. We liked the pool although it was busy with lots and lots of kids.
