不錯

和車站有點距離，需要跟酒店預先安排車接送，房間大也清潔，早晚餐也好吃，溫泉有室外內的，附近是山區，有一個公園，可惜沒花看，紅葉季節來應該很美

言過其實的酒店

住了三天兩夜，感覺是言過其實的酒店，按他們的收費及地點，各方面也應該要提高水平。例子如下： 1）入住check in 的時間只有一位前台人員，但是很多客人也是大約同一時間來check in, 所以要求客人排隊等，而且座位又不夠，於是所有等候的人只能好像是去政府部門辦事時等窗口一樣。 2）前台太暗而且音樂聲量太大，前台同事對客人的話每次也要重覆多次，令等候時間更長 3）仍在前台處理check in 中，忽然行李被工作人員什麼也沒有說就拿走了，而我們還沒有房號，有點不知所措⋯⋯ （可能因為語言原因，他們的前台及服務人員也不會英語） 4）check in 手續仍在進行中又忽然被＂邀請＂到大樓的另一邊去飲welcome drink. 但是護照仍在工作人員手上，又沒有任何交代… 5) 全酒店也沒有電梯，要自提行李行樓梯，而且樓梯每一級也距離很高，長者來會很大問題 6) 房間內的拖鞋（室內拖鞋及厠所拖鞋）是布料或編織料，是千人用過而明顯是沒有消毒的，有點可怕；床單也是有顏色的跡的，房間內的洗手盤去水很慢，有點塞（還好，沒什麼臭味） 7) 房間內並沒有提供護髮素，而且洗頭水的品質也很差，來日本旅遊很多年了，還是第一次要自已去買洗頭水護髮素回酒店用 食物的質素還不錯，但是明顯工作人員不足夠。同一位工作人員要同時服務幾張枱，看著她們不停走來走去，20多度的室內也見她們做到流晒汗水，替她們辛苦

食事のサービス、温泉はよかったが、フロントのサービスが悪かった。フロントが暗くて高齢になるときついのでは。職員が廊下ですれ違っても挨拶しないし、チェックアウトして、玄関で写真撮りたかったが、職員の撮ってくれる人が誰もいない。2回目はありません！

高いホスピタリティとアート、入浴施設を堪能

チームラボとコラボしたアートが人気ですが、ホテルの基本サービスは整っています。秀逸なのは入浴施設。自然に抱かれる感覚で、これを目的に訪れるのもうなずけます。お料理も地元食材を美味しくいただきました。アートは詳しく書きませんが、ロビーから別世界です。一方、客室は新しくはなく、電源も控えめで、一般的な温泉宿でした。でも機会があればまた訪れたいです。

最高❗️

入ってすぐから感動のあるホテル。 チームラボによる作品が展示されていたり、薪サウナが最高でした。3世代での訪問でしたがみんなが満足できる点があったのか、選んだことを褒められて私も嬉しかったです。 ただ、エレベーターがなく荷物の移動や年配の母には少し不便なようでした。荷物に関してはホテルの方にお手伝いいただけたので、最終的には問題なかったです。

温泉とサウナが本当に良かったです！！ 建物はやや古く感じましたが、掃除は行き届いててとても清潔で過ごしやすかったです。 ちょうど寒い日だったからかもしれませんが、お部屋を暖房マックスにしても窓からの冷気がありとても部屋が寒かったです。カイロを布団の中に入れて寝たくらいでした、、、

山の上のお庭の綺麗なお宿。

部屋からのお風呂への行程が、階段が多く、ちょっと、もっと歳をとったら大変かな？と思いました。山の上だから仕方ないのかな！ 従業員の方々は、どこでお会いしても明るく、挨拶をしてくれるのでとても気持ちが良かったです。 お宿が山の上なので、お庭全体が山になっていて散策には、最高でした。

サウナはとても素晴らしく、この爽快感、自然との一体感、解放感を体験するためにここを訪れる価値はあると思います。 日帰り客の利用時間が21時までと遅く、宿泊客がゆったりと利用できたのは深夜と明朝だったのが残念でした。 食事はベーシックなコースでしたが充分満足できました。クレソンと穴子のお鍋が美味しかったです。 宿泊施設自体は古く、リノベーションしてあるものの、手入れが行き届いていない部分が目立ちます。到着した途端、玄関や建物周囲の立ち枯れた雑草がうら寂しく見えました。さらに部屋のかび臭は滞在中ずっと不快でした。早急に改善すべきと感じます。 チームラボによるインスタレーションも開催されており、食後に散策していい運動になりました。

リフレッシュできました。

サウナ目当てで滞在しました。 ホテル自体は古いですが色々と努力されていると思います。入った瞬間別世界に来た様なチームラボさんとコラボのロビーには感激しました。お料理も美味しくサウナにも大満足です。 ツツジは終わりに近かったですが藤の花は綺麗に咲いていて気持ちよく散策も出来ました。

露天風呂のストーブが最高！

温泉、景色、お料理、おもてなし、そして話題のサウナとても素晴らしかったです。建物の古さが演出でカバーされていて(室内のトイレの匂いが古いから仕方ないと思いつつ唯一残念な点でした。 　夜の露天風呂、そして暖炉の喫茶スペースの離れが最高！お気に入りでした。手作りプリンもおいしかったです。
