Nice hotel

Typical high standard of sheraton

Surprised to see Sheraton in Taitung. Its almost the only high rise bldg there. Typical sheraton high standard which means excellent standard in taitung. Sauna is good. Free breakfast has wide range but not top quality.

The hotel is comfortable and very cool which is important for the summer. I will stay again if I come back to taitung. Some recommendation. Need a coffee shop for a quick snack. The toilet needs a bit more privacy.

Main street outside the entrance is under construction; thus, very confusing to enter the hotel. Swimming poor is closed without advanced notice. Other facilities require Moriott Envoy and other perk programs that do not include hotel.com reservations.

As Sheraton, they could do better...!

A typical Sheraton hotel. Service as per their standards. Nothing earth shattering! Surprisingly English language proved to be a hurdle! Chinese restaurant food not the best at all.

Night market right in front of entrance

Everything about this hotel was great. The only complain we had was when we arrived on Saturday evening, we could not enter the parking lot as night market was right in front of the hotel entrance! Our driver had to call the hotel and then was advised to park at an offsite parking lot which was quite far from the hotel. Hotel then sent a van to pick us up from that parking lot. How strange to have the night market right in front of a hotel entrance!!!! Totally don't understand that idea!
