Extremely close to the railway station. Enjoy the design of the hotel. Delicious breakfast. The only shortcoming is the limited choice of dining. No restaurant nearby, need to travel to the downtown.

It has great parking lot. The location is not around the busy heart of the city, and therefore if you want to visit the night market, you will have to drive or take a cab. The room Is spacious and clean.

Great location, walking distance from the train station. Staff was very friendly and provided suggestions where to dine in the City. The hotel also provided snacks in the evening and late night snacks: various instant ramen noodles. That was quite a scene. The breakfast was delicious and had many selections. The room was very spacious. Highly recommended this hotel!

A new and comfortable hotel in Taitung.

This is a comfortable and new hotel. Very close to the train station. Parking is free and easy. It has a welcoming and relax feel. You can miss the weekend happy hour 20:30-21:30 since it does not offer much although many people seemed to have high expectations. Breakfast options are limited. Our phone did not work the whole time during our 4-day stay. Nobody seems to be in charge of the request. Overall, it is a good hotel for family vacation.

Very close to the train station and bus transit center. But will need to take a bus to get to the downtown area for more restaurants. There are a couple of convenient stores nearby but with limited food choices. Overall a nice hotel to stay and has decent breakfast.

bias and no rule

they had no room of the reserved type, and put you in a service assist room, without telling you in advance. When you need to change to regular room, they said they need to ask their preferred guest if they mind to stay in the service assist room, so this hotel only offer what you reserved at the mersey of other guest, unless you pay extra to stay at what you reserved. but they won't let you cancel either.

Stayed as it was near the Taitung Railway station. Walking distance. Also many car/scooter rentals around too. Hotel ambiance was great with the Taitung hot air balloon festival theme. Most impressed with the staff at breakfast - we were late coming to breakfast arriving only at 10am (breakfast timing was 7-10am). Staff were flexible as they have not cleared the buffet yet. Asked us to quickly take what we needed so that we can still have breakfast. We did! Impressed with the flexibility to cater to us, and perhaps not waste food too.Thank you!

Nice hotel. Convenient on site parking with thoughtful nearby bathroom setup and bicycle parking. Room is bright and cute, overlooking the train station which is just lovely but not noisy. There is a work station to work, but wish there was a comfy chair to read. Lighting is nice but on the dim side, had a hard time shaving since it was hard to see. Water pipe is very loud, you can hear nearby guests use their bathrooms. Warm toilet seat is great, but beeps each time when someone sits on it which is a problem in the middle of the night when your partner is sleeping. Breakfast buffet offers many choices, however many items are not hot or even warm, including the coffee. (This is based on a westerner's point of view). But overall, pleasant stay. The modular bathroom wall setup is interesting.
