Convenient hotel near public transport and good restos…including Italian one in hotel. Staff really made it special-helpful, polite, good suggestions. The art spread through is interesting- quirky in a good way. Breakfasts are OK (not fantastic).

The hotel is beautifully decorated with art pieces and sculptures from various artists. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Its location is excellent, within walking distance of Taipei 101 and many great restaurants in the Daan and Xinyi areas. What I love most about this hotel is the amenities—they use exclusively Jo Loves products.

The hotel front doors are very heavy and hard to open especially when guests arrives with luggage(s), plus there isn’t any staff to offer any assistance ( may be it’s a small hotel, there’s no bellman available). The room was clean. The shower was not working well as nice as it looks. The front desk and the cafe (where served breakfast) staffs weren’t as friendly and polite as they should. This is my third time stayed there, my impression is the spirit of the hotel staffs aren’t warmed as it used to be.

Good hotel, but maybe slipping in maintenance!

The hotel has great service and the rooms are comfortable, but the conditions needed better maintenance such as the shower area. The TV did not work sometimes, and channel like CNN has pictures and no sound! Hotel breakfast menu needs improvements!
