"Lovely clean and warm"

"Great comfortable option in a convenient location!"

"Dated requiring refurbishment also when we opened bedroom there was loads of birds droppings on the corner of the window cill because there was a house Martin or swallow had been nesting therefor had to close window and get no fresh air. We stayed one night and left prematurely. No breakfast It’s like being a latch key school child Wouldn’t recommend"

"The location is perfect"

"Gorgeous, cosy little apartment. Huge comfy bed and perfectly situated in Cromarty for a walk around. We will stay again next time! Thank you"

"Many thoughtful amenities. Sleeps an intimate two, not three as promised on both Expedia and another booking site. Host ignored Expedia message request for use of (non-existent) sofa bed and instead sent a direct email with door code. Check in info was sent to our what’s app, which makes a lot of sense, since they draw travelers from all over the world. I wish we could have stayed longer!"

When I booked the apartment the confirmation email stated there would be a person at the apartment to give us the key. When we arrived the main entrance was locked and a note on the door saying the key had to be collected from another location, there was also a telephone number. I rang the number explaining this was different information than...
