Staff were friendly but very slow to respond, the villa was very spacious and clean, but amenities are not working. Nothing is close to the resort, you need a car to reach any place you want to go.

4th time to visit this resort happy to find that they’re keeping their standard as it is. If needs to improve is only the shower and it was only in my room. Other rooms were good. Also to have multiple TV channels.

تجربة جميلة لمرة واحدة فقط

+ المنتجع فخم والفلل نظيفة جدا والاثاث فاخر. غرفة الساونا عجبتني - الخدمة ليست فندقية تماما موظفين الاستقبال بعضهم يفتقر للياقة الادبية ركن السيارة خارج المننطقة السكنية مع توفر عربات جولف لكن ليس في كل الاوقات اللي يخليك بتمشيلك شويتين الفلل كلها ثلاثة طوابق يفتحولك عدد غرف بحسب حجزك والباقي يقفلونه غرفة النوم في الطابق الثالث والمسبح في الارضي يخلي النزول والصعود شي مرهق للغاية المسبح اقرب لحوض جاكوزي صغير والماء بارد للغاية ويطلبون مبلغ ١٥٠ ريال لتشغيل السخان بعداخذ ورد تنازلو عن المبلغ الانشطة في المنتجع فقيرة بقالة صغيرة لا توفر كل الاحتياجات لكن الكافيه جيد وهناك ساحة صغير للعب الاطفال لا يوجد حمام سباحة مكشوف
