I think it would have been more appropriate to take my information, since the reservation was under my name & paid by me. "The room and the bathroom were spotless! The lobby is a nice size and has a microwave and toaster. It is a self check-in, self check-out hotel but there is always someone available to help. The woman who helped me spoke english and was extremely pleasant and helpful. I was able to store my luggage there after checkout, for 4 hours."
