Avoid this psudo-4-star hotel unless you want to piss your client off. Long story short, the room is borderline decent but service is poor, especially the concierge (not the receptionist near the entrance). Concierge staffs were either clueless or simply rude. Apparently, the staff lack professional training. There are plenty 3-star business hotels out there that could do better than this hotel. Highly NOT recommended.
