"The bathtub was textured weirdly snd around #245 the drain. Used s plastic bag to use as a stopper so could bathe! And the water never got warm to hot. I took a luke warm to luke cool bsth quickly. Phone dudnt work to call them. Tried at night and in the morning bath water cool. Went to office to check out coffee available and sugar. No creamer guy said ran out of. So from 11 pm left at 7 a.m. $109 was weird was close to downtown palm springs maybe others away were better."

"Disappointed this place is gross the rooms smelled like cigarettes and they were disgusting. It like a kids party hotel definitely not 4 star it’s like a two star. Rooms look nothing like the internet. Don’t go we could not even stay we checked right out "

"Our room was facing the Dicks bar in the back of the hotel. It was extremely noisy from the bar and kept us awake. We should of asked to move to a different room location. Facility and staff were nice. I would stay there again but ask for a different room location."
