"Enjoyed our stay. We were only there for a layover before our cruise so we didn’t really use the amenities other than the fitness room (had all that I needed to get a good full body weight workout done), and the Algortherm Spa (we had a couples massage -well done-and used the steam room there. The resort needs a little bit of a makeover. Honestly, if they just spruced up all the hallways that are brown/off-white with some brighter colors, I think that would do wonders. "We stayed here upon arrival in Papeete the night before our cruise left. Recently reopened, it was a really nice place convenient to airport and cruise dock ($35 taxi ride). Great pool, right on lagoon with some snorkeling and REALLY nice views. Landscaping is beautiful. Staff was very helpful, front desk, pool service and bar/restaurant. After cruise we came back for a day pass for $60 with $20 bar/restaurant credit. You need to reserve through restaurant ahead of time. Food was good but...
