"Clean room, AC working well."

"The property was still having some construction improvements happening but it did not impact our stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly, from the reception desk to the restaurant. The in room updates and work put into the property since opening is exceptional. Staying a little further away from Papeete is nice and starts to give you more of an island feel. The only issue that was resolved on its own was room service to our over water bungalow. The restaurant told me I had to come pick up our dinner which should not be the customer service they are offering, but I was pleasantly surprised when a young lady arrived at our door with our order before I left to go pick it up. I think these are just new staffing issues since reopening a month ago. I would stay again."

"Good for a quick stay"

"We had a long layover so we decided to book a hotel near the airport. Communication before arrival was excellent and they responded quickly to our questions.. We arrived in the evening and later then expected due to a flight delay. Even with the delay, they had a shuttle waiting to pick us up. They also took us to the airport very easily in the morning the next day. Very pleased with the staff at the Lodge."

"No restaurant, bar, just facilities walking distance to Papeete"

"The room was clean and modern and very convenient to Papeete center and ferry terminal. Great place to stay!"

"Great breakfast— large buffet at about $30 per person Grounds lovely and well taken care of. Rooms large. Pool nice. Access to the beach not easy , seemed like a steep drop off. The water wasn’t inviting. Would recommend but not for beach."

"Room was off a very busy street. It was noisy all night long and we couldn't sleep because of this."
