"We were there from Dec 4th to Dec 10th for our anniversary along with kids (6 and 13). All the staff and the manager at the resort were amazing and took excellent care of us! Took the upgrade to the bungalow with the pool which was well worth it. We lucked out on some great weather almost 6 of the 7 days we were there (had thunderstorms before we visited and it started to rain as we left). "This is an absolute haven of tranquility and you don’t expect a lodge like that while driving down the East coast of Raiatea. The garden is stunning and you can read about all the plants. By the small beach is a lily pond and the hillside is a jungle of the most amazing vegetation. I was greeted very warmly and shown around, there is a beautiful communal area with a kitchen that is fully stocked and then you have little spaces in and outside of the fridge for the things you buy for yourself....

"Wow…Words can’t describe enough the service and stay at this Lodge&Villa. The yacht club is the closest restaurant that is walking distance with local performances on Saturday&Tuesday. My recommendation is to rent a scooter or rental car to experience the other local restaurants as to there are a distance away from the lodge."
