Every member we met wasn't just attentive but seemed genuinely concerned with making our stay as pleasant and trouble free as possible. "I had a lovely complimentary upgrade to a superior room. Just not superior enough. No nespresso machine just sachets of Nescafé and a gritty kettle. No hairdryer until I had to ask for one. No peppermint tea in the entire hotel?! The room was lovey and big, huge comfy bed but lacked important details such as decent coffee making facilities! "

"We had a wonderful stay, the staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub very handy place to relax after a busy day sightseeing. Well placed buses in to city regular and reasonable, buy a family day pass cheaper than two returns."

"Great Family Room was like having your own apartment. Breakfast was nice, bacon and black pudding were a little over done. Shower could have been warmer. But overall great stay will definitely stay again."
