"My legs are all bit up seems like they had bed bugs. The cleaning staff found some marijuana residue where I was rolling up and charged me for smoking in the room while I shared my room with my four children. They refused to take the charge off after the front desk staff agreed they saw me leave to smoke several times. I’ve stayed at several Hilton’s around the world and never had a bad experience. They need to do better."

The staff helped us with parking and directions as well as arranged for airport shuttle for us. I highly recommend for your nights in/out of SJO. Transit value hotel , but since is associated to the Marriott brand, I was expecting a better maintained facility . The lamps and bed sheets were stained, the bathroom lightning needs an upgrade. A plug-in air aroma diffuser was connected on our hallway, either concealing and odor and /or artificially...

"Very clean and comfortable hotel with very large rooms, bar and restaurant in the hotel so no need to travel unless you were looking for something more upscale there is an adjacent mall and casino not part of the hotel for additional nighttime entertainment. We arrived late and too tired to take advantage of that."

"We chose the hotel for it's convenient location in the city of Orotina , where we were visiting relatives . The staff was good , perhaps a little inattentive on check out. The reception office was closed and I had to look around for someone to return my key. Be advice there's is a very noisy soccer academy right next door . We were alocated on room 11 , close to the academy . It can be an issue if you are trying to rest early evening ."

"The bougainvillea has a beautiful garden, 10 acres. Great when you are traveling with children. When my nephew and niece were little they really enjoyed playing in the gardens. Now in my 50's, there is nothing more relaxing then finding a secluded bench at the back of their garden and admire the beautiful garden they've preserved in the middle of bustling City. The restaurant staff are 5 stars, esp Ivan. The food is authentic to costa rica and delicious."

"The property is walking distance near a shopping center along with restaurants. I traveled with my 2 daughters and we dined there 3 nights out of the 7. The hotel is definitely kid friendly. The staff were amazing and helpful with recommendations for locals restaurants or excursions. My favorite thing of all was the fact that we could use the washer and dryer at no cost. So I returned home withNO dirty laundry. I would definitely come back."
