I was having issues with my card/ spending limits etc. and they went above and beyond to make it work for me and also upholding their business. You don’t see that level of customer service anymore. A stressful situation for me, turned into a smooth one. "

"Newer hotel with very friendly staff—we really enjoyed our stay overall. The only downside was that a deeper clean seems needed more regularly. Under the sofa bed in our room was quite dirty, and the pool/hot tub area could use a thorough scrub, with some sand and debris noticeable in the water."
