Beautiful park setting. Room was smallish but comfortable with art-deco styling. Staff were very welcoming at every level. Spa/Sauna and pool was very relaxing to enjoy after a long motorcycle ride there. Bathrobes provided in room. Restaurant was excellent with staff offering great local wine selection. Not far to Old town, which felt very safe for an evening walk. Overall an extremely enjoyable stay.

A perfect place for a Stettin get away

Wonderful place, super service, Big rooms, breakfast with new dishes every day. Perfect for a Stettin get away. Located in the middel of all. Though be aware that the spa is open for the public, but it is only a few guest a day. Was not a problem for us. Remember to visit area West of the old twn. Classical houses and Full of small shops. We found it better than the old town, where There are many newer and not so interesting houses. Visit the Underground, cafe 22, the Philhamonic and also go north to the coast

lovely old world charm in the heart of Szczecin where one can walk to all important locations.My one and only problem is that old world charm and XXI Century facilities do not go together: lack of elevator does not inspire if you have a heavy suitcase and there is no one who would carry it to a higher floor

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, wir haben ein Upgrade erhalten, tolles Zimmer, sehr schöner SPA Bereich mit Schwimmbad und Saunabereich, auch hier ist besonders der sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter zu nennen, gutes Restaurant von Millau ausgezeichnet

Wir waren bereits 3 Mal hier. Das Hotel ist wunderschön, es gibt genügend Parkplätze und die Lage ist perfekt, um zu Fuß Stettin zu erkunden. Den kleinen Spa genießen wir auch jedes Mal wieder. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist für mich das Frühstück. Wir sind immer etwas später dran- aber nie zu spät!- und da ist die Auswahl doch sehr begrenzt und man muss dem Personal beinahe auflauern, um Kaffee, Ei und Saft zu bekommen. Das ist ein bisschen schade, wird uns aber nicht davon abhalten, wieder das Park Hotel zu wählen.

Das ganze Haus riecht streng nach Chlor, von der Eingangstür bis ins Zimmer, für Allergiker ungeeignet. Unser Zimmer hatte ein furchtbar kleines und schmales Bad, man holte sich entweder am Waschbecken oder an der Toilettenpapier-Armatur Blessuren. Waschbecken hat keine Mischbatterie. Frühstücks-Kaffee wird in kleinen Tässchen "zugeteilt" und dauert sehr lange, das Personal ist damit überfordert. Am Sonntagmorgen rannten für zwei Stunden kreischend Kinder den Gang der oberen Etage entlang, bye bye Erholungswochenende. Für den stark beworbenen SPA-Bereich steht nur ein männlicher Masseur zur Verfügung, auch für Frauen....- nein Danke, Dazu noch ein 10 € "Masseur-Anreise-Aufschlag" für Wochenendtage. Die Pool-Öffnungszeiten werden im Hotelzimmer von 8 bis 22 Uhr angegeben, in Polnisch ist auf dem Weg zum Pool der Sonntag auf einmal mit 20 Uhr angegeben. Kommunikation mit dem Management absolut mangelhaft, auf ein ausführliches Anschreiben wurde garnicht reagiert. Sehr unhöflich. Lage ok, jedoch ist auch das Radisson Blu um die Ecke, dieses wurde uns von anderen Stettin-Besuchern sehr empfohlen. Hier gehe ich nie wieder hin, war leider eine derbe Enttäuschung. Gerne hätte ich eine gute Bewertung abgegeben.....

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel mit viel Charme

Das kleine Hotel liegt in einem Park und wirkte wie eine Oase in einer nicht so schönen Stadt. Das komplette Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Service wird hauptsächlich von Studenten oder Azubis erledigt,was nicht so tragisch ist, denn wir alle haben ja Mal angefangen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend und gut. Die Auswahl auf der Menükarte ist nicht besonders groß, jedoch das Essen sehr gut. Auch der Wellnessbereich war gut. Rundum können wir das Hotel nur empfehlen.
