Apartment was clean and tidy. No frills but we didn't want frills, just what we needed with a good central location and safe parking for the car

The room was cold even though it was winter. The heating didn't work. The customer service was poor. The maintenance person lived 150 km away and could not come right away, so he finally came the next day.

Für Gäste aus dem Ausland nicht zu empfehlen.

Der Schlüssel-Code wurde nicht wie in der Buchung angegeben 24 Stunden vor der Anreise übersendet sondern erst kurz vor dem Einchecken. Ein großes Problem da ich keinen Zugang zum Internet hatte. Das Appartement war augenscheinlich gut, doch dann stellten wir einige unangenehme fest. Die Matratze des Doppelbettes war auf einer Seite total durchgelegen, so dass ich das Einzelbett benutzen musste, es gab dafür aber kein Bettlaken. 2 von den 4 Korbstühlen waren defekt und nicht benutzbar, im Bad gab es keinen Duschvorhang und eine schriftliche Information mit Hinweisen auf die Benutzung der elektrischen Geräte wie Fernsehen, Kaffeemaschine etc. gab es nur in Polnisch. Das einzige positive ist die Lage des Appartements, zentral und gute Anbindung zur Tram.

Good

Property manager helps a lot if you have something to ask. Vegetarian restaurants are across from you apartment so you don't need to cook. Monte Cassino is wonderful place to live.
