Had 2 rooms, booked the 2nd on-site as we had more people in our party than originally planned. Both rooms were unable to use the deadbolt locks, they weren't aligned with the door frame at all which was very concerning and we didn't get much sleep as a result. Embassy Suites by Hilton Syracuse Destiny USA
I really enjoy this hotel, though it is very pricey. Room was great, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is outstanding with the omlets. Paying for parking feels a bit silly, which is why I'm rating 4 stars (overall price and parking.)
