"Terrible…breakfast is Luke warm items/paperplates. Chromecast was not working for full three day stay even though they said service company was called. No online room service menu and taco plate was so basic we should not have ordered it. No bathrobes in room to access pool/sauna in. No response from hotel when I sent a message through the hotels.com access after receiving booking reservation. Will not be staying here again. "

"The hotel is in a really great location and staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast quality was quite poor but did the trick for us. We arrived at the hotel at 3pm and were shocked at the $30 charge for early check in. Check in is at 4. The hotel had very few guests staying that night. Our room was ready for us but not without another $30. We felt our business was not appreciated. It just sent all the wrong messages. The staff were great though and we enjoyed our stay."
