"Good, clean accomodation. Very friendly helpful staff."

"This is a really lovely hotel to stay at. It's new, clean, spacious.. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are big, very clean and the bathroom is spacious with a well lit mirror - perfect when you are trying to get your makeup just right. "The room wasn't cleaned properly or topped up of amenities like tea and coffee. Parking always convenient, room was a little dirty in places. Still a great stay."

"Clean and warm. Close to a few fast food outlets. Easy access to the motorway"

"Room was clean a d well maintained, several choices of cafes for breakfast a d other meals. Excellent location."

"Terrible staff, non-existent customer service, tried to rip me off, terrible architecture and design, over-priced to hell. Another terrible Australian business who knows nothing about customer service in 2026."

"The place was clean and Tidy , no issuse well looked after ."

"The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. A big shopping mall was only 5-minute walk. However, getting to the city took about an hour."
