"Very nice and quiet but had a odd smell assuming from the drains and heater didn’t work tip should have a letter in the rooms to enquire where the washing machine and toiletries are kept "

Afternoon staff are fantastic and go above and beyond to help patrons.
The contract cleaning staff do not clean properly, that's the only down side.
