Suites are clean and spacious. Location is great, just next to the World Square and you are surrounded by shops and restaurants and train stations. However, check in experience was abysmal. I arrived on time at the advertised 3PM check-in time. The front desk told me the room is not ready AFTER my card was charged. Although this was resolved 45 minutes later, I have seen other guests unable to check-in even after 5PM on that day. Out of the hundreds of hotels and apartments I have stayed in my life, this is the only one that does not respect time punctuality. The front desk line is always long. The elevators are very inefficient and slow. Expect 5 minutes wait if you want to get down from your floor. At checkout time, the concierge line was horribly long as well, so I just threw in the key cards at the express checkout box and left. The quality of service here is not consistent with other Meriton properties I have stayed at, hence the lower rating scores by other guests.
