We will definitely review our cleaning schedule as each Studio is serviced on daily basis (emptying the bins, refilling coffee, sugar, tea, milk and toilet paper) and our housekeepers are always on standby for any extra requests that may be pointed. Regarding the Wifi connection we have 3 different connections in the building so we are not sure why you were given this information. Thank you for your review. We have been working very hard to improve the building and rooms. Unfortunately you stayed while we were having a new carpet laid in the main corridor. As I'm sure you can understand this would temporarily make the place look untidy while we remove old carpet and laid the new one. Thank you for your understanding.
