"Breakfast quality was terrible. We had no hot water and when we called down no one responded. At checkout I asked and was told that the guy in charge wouldn’t be in until Monday and there wasn’t anything she could do. We were charged for parking and that wasn’t on the website. Lastly the ice makers on 1, 2, and weren’t working. Horrible experience. "

"This is a hotel geared towards long term stay guests so it has self- laundry facilities which would be nice. One negative was that the floors in the rooms are not carpeted. So it’s very noisy if your upstairs neighbors are not considerate. They do not have an ice machine which we found unusual. But there is a regular refrigerator in the room so I guess you could make your own ice if you have trays! Also a microwave and a 2 burner stove top. If you are going to be staying more than one night it’s a nice set up. "

"The room felt completely filthy, we could not walk on the floor without feeling the dirt under our feet. The bathroom was no better. Room felt muggy and disgusting. There was residue left in toilet from the previous stay. "

"Check in took nearly an hour. Come to find out the front desk staff had checked someone else in under my name and reservation. After sitting at the desk waiting for them to contact the customer they checked in under my name and spending 20 minutes going back and forth on the phone with manager and the aforementioned customer I was finally given a room key. The front desk attendant said she had a stressful night which I understand, but the wait was unbearable. Property and room were decent at best, definitely not worth the money and not worth it at all after the very long and frustrating check in process."
