"The resort grounds and overall property are beautiful, and the Dead Sea itself was an incredible experience, but unfortunately the stay did not fully live up to the price point. The room was not particularly clean upon arrival, and the food quality at several of the on-site restaurants was disappointing considering the cost. "Friendly staff!"

"The room was very good. You will enjoy nice view and great food offered from the hotel. But the service we have experienced wasn’t that great. They kept us waiting for the engineer to fix the air con for an hour without notice so we have to call to check by ourselves."

"The Staff was fabulous but the grounds were understaffed. The restaurants were at the local mall, and the walk was difficult for my elderly mother. You could Uber to the mall however. It was a low guest count and the staff seemed low in number so the grounds were not as clean as the other hotels around the dead sea. The room was impeccable however. The childrens pool area had some rusty parts on the slide. But the water was clean and the amenities were very fun. "

"Very helpful staff (especially Manuel) but a few issues. They didn't seem to know I was coming so had to work quickly to fully prepare the room. But they did well and it was very comfortable - good airconditioning, lovely sunset view over the Dead Sea, comfy bed. Breakfast didn't happen at 8am as planned and there was still nobody to be seen when we had to leave at 8.30, so we put the key on the front desk and let ourselves out."
