"This is a trendy hotel in the heart of Philly. Checkin was courteous and easy. Our room was small, but it worked fine for our overnight stay. Comfortable bed and good shower. Easy to walk to Philly attractions, plenty of food, bars, shopping nearby. Coffee shop in the foyer. We parked in the lot across the street ($50 for 24 hours). Would recommend for a short stay in Philly."

"The heating was hard to understand and at time it got hot in the room but it cooled down when we went to bed and we slept comfortably. The kitchen was set to very good had everything we needed the entire time we were there. Bathroom was well stocked with soap towels and toilet paper. "

"The apartment was cozy. It was perfect for my quick weekend stay and comfortable for myself. The bed was a little rickety and made a lot of noise when rolling over. The kitchen is shared between two units and was nicely supplied with dishes. I didn’t use it for much more than to boil water for tea/coffee but could have cooked a quick meal if needed. There are several layers of locked doors so felt secure but also there are families living in neighboring units with kids playing on the street so neighborhood felt safe. Convenient to Fairmount Park area. No issues catching Uber/Lyft here when needed."
