"The hotel is a great boutique hotel. The staff at Morgans Hotel, running the property, are amongst the best I've encountered. Everyone is helpful, patient, and takes great care of guests. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of chouces. The amenities are top-notch: Molton Brown, great bathrobes. Though many would say it is pricey, I think the combination of location, luxury, and their fantastic staff, make it a bargain."

"Wasn't expecting too much from our stay at The Dolphin hotel Swansea as it wasn't expensive and only classed as 3*. The receptionist was very friendly, efficient and welcoming. We did mention that we were in Swansea to celebrate my partner's birthday but wasn't offered anything as a free upgrade which would have been a nice treat. Having worked in hotels myself in the past this is something that can result in repeat business. The furniture was very dated and worn in appearance and the carpet was coming away from the walls. However the room was spotlessly clean. It suited us for what we needed and depending upon the price we would book there again "
