"Avithos resort looks as good as the photos. Chose this resort because of the kitchenette so that I could make food in the apartment and it didn’t disappoint. "The view of the ocean was the best part. The swimming pool was also excellent. Walking back to the hotel from the main strip was a little tough due to the steep incline. And I would have liked to see more Greek options for breakfast instead of all the English options. The rooms were cleaned very well. "

"We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at Emerald Villas and Suites. Irene was so friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful with the most incredible views!! Within a short 5 minutes drive to the port where we enjoyed dinner and a small beach. Highly recommend!!"

"Hotel was excellent all around, nice pool with view of ocean, room and balcony great view , clean and neat, housekeeping came in every day, owners were very friendly and helpful….. provided maps and insights into sights to visit…… Quiet and location to port, center , and some great beaches were close…… I will return…… never had a chance to sample restaurant( hotel was closing for season)……… I recommend without reservation…. "We spent 2 weeks in August at Maria’s. Lovely apartments with beautiful surroundings and a gorgeous view. Apartments were basic but had everything we needed. There is a hairdryer (which isn’t mentioned in the description). Check in was easy, we had a late arrival and were advised in advance of our apartment number beforehand and access instructions. Housekeeping was daily and maids were very friendly. As mentioned previously, it is a steep hill up to the apartments but we found it walkable....

"Great spot. Handy having the bar/taverna right in front. Host empties the trash and brings fresh towels daily. Only disappointment was that the sun beds shown in the photos are not included with the room rate. Beds in the room left us with a bit of a back ache as well."

"the hotel is lovely. i like it that it has small number of guests, so it make it more cosy. as there are private pools there, then the main pool isn’t that busy, so i really liked it. the staff was great. Marianela from the bar was amazing. young lad who was serving us for breakfast was friendly too. the same was gor the lad called Captain. the room was spacious and had so many storage areas that was great. what was missing in our room was the drying clothes rack in the balcony. apart from that...
