Amazing hotel!!!

Amazing hotel! My room was very spacious, had a bath and even a massage chair. There was a machine as well to get rid of wrinkles in your clothes. Handy! Convenient free parking under the hotel. Will definitely come back!

Every aspect was excellent. Location, access, staff, cleanliness, amenities, breakfast, internet, parking…. I could go on. I wish all hotels were like this!!! Incredibly enjoyable stay.. Oh…. There was a full size massage chair in my room!!!

This hotel room is lack of lighting. They provide only one bath towel for two people stay. Not enough of clothes hanging area. The checking hour is not convenient for the travelers (4pm or later check in time).

The water in the sink in room 308 was clogged, so I requested repairs. The repair person came and unclogged the sink, but the water was still clogged and wouldn't go down. He said he was sorry and said there was nothing he could do, so he left. Thanks to this, I felt very uncomfortable every time I washed my face or brushed my teeth. Maybe there was a problem with the shower door, but after showering, all the water came out and the floor was soaked. I don't recommend it because the front desk's response is very poor and causes a lot of inconvenience.

Every aspect was excellent -from the location, access, staff, cleanliness, amenities, breakfast, internet, parking…. I could go on. Incredibly enjoyable stay.. Oh…. There was even a full size therapy chair in my room!

Never Again!

Just another hotel with terrible service. I asked for an early check-in after a 16-hour flight, and they charged about $50 bucks on a $80 room. Not only is the fee ludicrous but unacceptable. Aren't hotels in the hospitality business supposed to provide comfort to travel weary customers? This hotel doesn't. Before check-in, there were 4 other rooms and after check-in the same amount. At the time of checkout there were even more rooms. It just doesn't make sense especially when there were plenty of rooms laying around. Even 4 or 5 star hotels don't charge early check-in fees and if they do, it's definitely not at upwards of 60% of the nightly rate.

늦은 체크아웃이었어도 직원분 따뜻하게 맞아주시고 주변 일용품 구입하기도 용이합니다. 주차장은 만석이었지만 직원분이 파킹 살펴주세요. 주변 일 보러 들릴때 재방문하고 싶습니다.

아주 좋아요 다음에도 이용할 생각입니다

모든 직원분들이 친절합니다 주차도 늦은시간에 체크인하였지만 발렛도 해주시고 친절함이 엿보입니다 주변 환경은 시끄럽지않고 조용한편이고 편의점이 바로옆이면서 건물 1층에 자체 셀프카페가 좋습니다 객실은 모텔에서 컨버전한 느낌이지만 호텔로 명명한 만큼 관리나 컨디션이 나쁘지않네요 객실간소음은 없는편 조식은 아주 저렴한 편인데 음식은 부족함이없고 잔량체크를 수시로 해주시며 음식질도 매우좋습니다 저를 비롯한 다른 손님들도 가족단위가 많았고 다음에도 또 이용하고 싶은 숙소였습니다

처음에 입실 했을때 청소하면서 뭔가를 잔뜩 뿌려서 머리아픈 냄새가 났어요 그래서 창문열고 공청 돌리고 난방도 안되고 있었는지 너무 추웠어요 ㅠㅠ 난방돌리고 저녁먹고 들어오니 방도 따뜻했고 낮에 나도 냄새도 안났어요~ 씻으려는데 세면대랑 욕조에 물이 안내려가서 드러워서 못 씻겟드라구요 ㅠㅠ 다음날 아침 조식은 어린이는 무료인줄알았는데 5천원 받드라구요.. 조식은 깔끔하고 맛있었어요! 퇴실 준비하면서 에어드레서 돌렸는데 도중에 정지해서 그런지 옷에서 찌린내가 났어요 ㅠㅠ 이러한 단점들이 잇긴 햇지만 돌아보면 비싸지도 않고 나름 괜찮았던거 같아요~

잘 쉬었다 갑니다.

애들 데리고 갔는데,방도 넓고 주차하기 편리했습니다.저녁에는 중앙시장 구경도 했고,주변에 식당이 많아서 식사하기 편했습니다. 밤에 자려고 했는데,방음은 잘 안되는것 같았어요.위층인지,옆방인지 테이블 끄는 소리가 들렸어요~
