"OMG...can't say enough good things about the Fort Sutter, both hotel and staff (every level). Had to stay multiple nights as my husband was in CCU at Sutter Medical Center (10 days). Every person I dealt with was personable, professional, compassionate, and understanding. Did everything possible to make my stays, during a very stressful time, as pleasant as possible. Great is an understatement, they were OUTSTANDING!!!"

"That was possibly the most quickest check-in I have ever experienced. Very polite staff. It’s a lovely hotel and the rooms are so nice and clean. I’m not even giving this review because she upgraded us to the 11th floor. It’s overall a very nice hotel and we’ve stayed at a bunch of different hotels when we go up to Sacramento for dance competitions. Definitely going to be a regular stay for us. Thank you, Hyatt Regency."
