Staff were friendly. Rooms were poorly cleaned and the restroom smelled horrendous. The hotel is not maintained well and it’s seems in the all scratches, dirty corners, and broken floors. I heard everything outside my room and around the hotel. Doors slamming, above tenants walking around, conversations, and car alarms. It was like sleeping in a tent outside.

You get what you pay for. I had no shampoo in my shower. It smelled like old paint in the room and the ac was really loud. I was just here for a show 20min away so it was whatever but the front desk lady was very nice. The breakfast was not the best but better than nothing. But I would say the bed and pillows were very comfy.

The room was spotless. The staff was courteous. The beds were comfortable. It was conveniently located to the hospital where I was visiting my daughter in the Nicu so that was good. When I will state though is that there is a lot of drug and homeless activity and people arguing and it’s loud at night. There’s people that are allowed outside the door. There’s people that are allowed outside in the parking lot. Cops are called. It’s not a very safe neighborhood.
