"The guy at the office was helpful and prompt. That’s where anything good ended. We travel a lot. Use Expedia a lot. The photos are always maybe a little embellished, but this was ridiculous. Floors so dirty you had to wash your feet after walking on them. Dust everywhere. Cables hanging Willy Nilly from the TV, which didn’t work due to an error code that said it couldn’t connect with the dish. Walls in disrepair. Aged grout in the way too small shower. But my wife wouldn’t step foot in there...
