"Amazing one week stay in December 2025. All staff were welcoming and so willing to help with any request. We stayed in a 2 bedroom pool villa and the amenities were clean and well maintained. Was happily surprised to find Australian power outlets. There is a super market just across the road and lots of restaurants close by if wanting to venture out and about. "

"Great place to stay. Our experience started with our late arrival of two oclock in the morning where we were greeted, signed in and luggage delivered to our room with a general tour of the room facilities. Communication was excellent with breakfast order choice, time and delivery. Also, room cleaning was daily or when required with water resupply. All enquiries were dealt with expediently and courteously. We had two extended day trips with their recommended drivers and were very happy with the service given. Overall this was a great place to stay, nice and quiet, safe, courteous friendly staff in a central location. The breakfast was good quality. I will book this place again on my next Bali stay."
