Perfect place for trip

I was really satisfied with the service and hotel. The space is huge enough and the pool was so clean. Breakfast was so nice. Above of all, the service was so kind that I was really happy during staying. In the future, I want to visit again.

Very nice, clean and romantic facilities! The perfect accommodation for couples. Exceptional service with very kind, friendly and respectful staff. We were treated with excellence by Cita, Gusti and the rest of the team, who even prepared a birthday surprise for me with their own initiative! We loved our stay and will definitely go back again. Lovely villa with a great layout and pool. Staff is top notch! Gusti and Dewa were especially helpful and welcoming. The breakfast options are amazing and food is very filling. The bedroom can get very warm, even with the AC. The one in the bathroom is cooler. Would also suggest putting a fan in the toilet room as it can become uncomfortable in the heat. A bit far to walk to the main area but the option of a shuttle makes it more accessible and convenient. Overall a great stay and would recommend!

We had an such an amazing stay for our honeymoon! Dewa (Supervisor) made us feel like home as soon as we arrived! He organized our scooter rental, transportation to Nusa Penida and gave us many restaurant/spa recommendations around the area. The customer service was beyond excellent. The staff were always smiling and ready to helps. Our room was always clean, breakfast (included with our booking) brought to our villa and afternoon tea/snack as well. We highly recommend and would definitely go back next time! Thank you Nyuh Team and specially Dewa for making our stay so special:)

Everyone was friendly and helpful at the hotel except after we checked out and left our luggage there for collection one of the staff was a bit rude and weird. He was talking to us from the spa room which was next to the reception desk when we came back to collect our luggage. I believe he was lying down so I asked him to come out. The hotel was next to some night club so loud music every night until 2am and a bit of traffic noise at night. Other than that everything was good and we enjoyed our stay.

The staff was extremely friendly and nice however the rooms need a deep refresh. The cleanliness was a major concern, areas just didn’t feel the cleanest to us like the bathtub. Also the system to lock the rooms was a little odd. You lock your room door with a padlock then give the key to the front desk and they hold it. One night we returned back to the lobby and no one was there guarding the keys? Also having the toilet outside was not ideal. A shower sure, but the toilet outside wasn’t as pleasant. Overall it was an okay experience but don’t know if i would recommend. The breakfast was also a little bland.

Luxury and relaxation

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful two nights in our own villa with plunge pool. The facilities were lovely and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfasts were substantial and in room dining us available. If you would like to go into the shopping/restaurant area of seminyak there is a free shuttle available. A wonderful stay.
