"Room good for the price. I have no complaints. I got what I paid. Spent very little time in hotel and it was convenient and easy access to freeway. I did finally met the cleaning lady and she was kind and friendly and took care of us giving us clean towels. I would definitely book again."

"We enjoyed our overnight stay. It is a comfortable room in a convenient location."

There was no actual receptionist physically present to help guests—instead, you are expected to deal with monitors and remote reception, which made an already frustrating situation even worse. "The cleanliness of the property is highly lacking and they don't seem to be doing much to deal with it. They do the bare minimum, but there are stains and marks all over the walls, the baseboards and bathroom needed some serious work and they had a small bug problem, although we only saw a couple while we were staying there. Unser Zimmer hatte eine Türe zum Nebenzimmern wodurch man den Fernseher des Nebenzimmer gehört hat. Da dieser aber recht schnell abgeschaltet wurde hat uns das nicht gestört."
