"Very quiet, out of the way place to relax by the beach or pool. Plenty of places to sit. It’s about a hour away from West End, the main tourist area. Food was ok. We were there for a week and so it got little monotonous but overall it was a good place to stay. "

"We were only there for 2 nights but had a great stay in a Sea View Suite which is a standalone bungalow barely second row back and 3 seconds from the beach. The room was very clean and comfortable, bedding was top notch. We even spotted a monkey lala lizard outside, he looked like a little dinosaur. Highly recommend this property, and the restaurant is fantastic."

"This place doesnt give you an opportunity to cancel even if its within 5minutes of accidentally booking it. Also ONCE your forced to go to the area its so intimidating and terrifying, wouldnt suggest it unless you want to be walking on egg shells with all the gang members out front of the resorts holding what seems like a knife trying to extort you. Book elsewhere and save your money."

"The staff were fantastic. They really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The resort itself is average. The food was okay. The breakfast buffet food in the hot plates was not very hot, but the woman making the omelettes made a very good breakfast. The people working at the front reception desk did not know much of anything about the resort. "The people of Roatan were so customer service focused but NOT the Blue Roatan. We booked an oceanview room for 19 days and due to renovations, the hotel changed us to a jungle condo up the hill but we would get a "private pool"(until a few days later when someone else moved in as well). "This was the perfect house to use a landing spot for a dive vacation and getting out to enjoy the culture the Roatan has to offer. Henry was amazing and super helpful. I would absolutely recommend this property for solo or group travelers."
