"Inside the standard villa was clean and big but the aircon was noisy and the bed was not firm enough so we didn’t have good sleep. Only dental kits provided. Very friendly and helpful staff. "Nirup was a fantastic getaway for our family of four - 2 kids aged 9 and 13. We enjoyed the private pool and the activities planned. The kids especially liked the gym. I went for a massage at the spa too. Overall a great experience. The only mode of getting around is using the buggy, which can have a hit of waiting time, so plan your daily schedules early. Otherwise, was fine for us to walk around the small island. Encouraged to purchase meal plan! There are no other restaurants to go to anyways."

Hotel is on the quieter side of Batam though, so meaning is farther away from the city center"
