"I ordered room service which took 45 mins . The hot soup i ordered was cold! I requested coke zero , unfortunately regular coke sent. I had to wait again for it. So room service was horrible!"

"Our room was clean and fresh. The king bed was super comfortable. The room layout was great; we had plenty of space. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Staff was extremely efficient. Overall, one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in!"

"Park outside the reception, check in and only then can you get the key code to enter the cavernous underground carpark! The aircon only goes down to 20 degrees C but that was cool enough. The mattress was quite firm which didn’t offer a good nights sleep but that’s me. Breakfast was adequate but no kettle or tea/coffee in the room. You can but a cuppa for £2.75 and pick up a choccy bar for £2 from the various vending machines."

"Good hotel right on the water front. The city view rooms should be taken with a pinch of salt as you don’t see much really. Great cocktail bar in floor 12 with prices that are not that bad, just a bit bad. Room rates seem on the high side but I guess you’re paying extra for the location."
