"Room was not ready or clean when we arrived. Room was not as advertised in photos (in fact, the building we were in did not match the photos online). Room has a smell. Everything is extra charge, if you need paper towels or fresh towels without musty smell. Cuatomer services rude and absent. Stay away."

The only issues we had were with the door and room code, as well as the code to the laundry area for towels. However, the host worked with us to solve the issues and the response was immediate. Not really walking distance to main area for bars and restaurants, harbour etc but we had a car so 10 mins and your right there. We chose the hotel comforts over the location and were very glad we did would pick the same hotel again. "
