"Room was clean . Rip in cushion on couch. Main light by door entrance to room did not turn on via the switch closest to the door . These were for the lights over the couch "

"Watchouts were: We needed to request the bedding for the pull out couch. And then take the elevator to the lobby to pick them up. Once we got back to the room, we realized there was no shampoo, conditioner and soap in the room. Then we needed to request it from the front desk - and then take the elevator downstairs to retrieve them. These were a little frustrating because it is typically part of a room being prepared for your arrival. But the bigger issue was the elevator itself. It was very, very slow and whatever was wrong with it was causing the fire alarm to go off. The worst example was when the fire alarm went off at 11:42pm. Alarms went off in the hallway - but not in the suites, so had it been a real emergency I am concerned that people would not have known to evacuate. The hotel was spacious and had a good breakfast, the hotel has potential when it's issues are addressed. "

"This hotel has no restaurant in the building but they do offer an early morning breakfast but if you arrive in the evening. they do however have a shuttle bus that will take you to a variety of restaurants close by but they all close by 9pm."
