Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites Salt Lake City
I’m giving it a four star just because they were very friendly and courteous, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Although I feel like the carpet needed to be shampooed, I just looked and felt like a little bit rugged out.

Receptionist in office was great. Very accommodating, presentable and kind. Asked for a balcony room and early check on and she provided no problem. Room was spotless and had everything you need.
