"The breakfast was not as appealing as I anticipated. Maybe orange instead of apples, more hot food. Coffee was always available but not great."

"Zach was extremely personable and helpful, as were all other front desk staffers!"

"I was traveling with my elderly father who has mobility issues. I requested a walk in shower and a room close to the lobby. What I didn’t realize is that it seems the handicap rooms are in a separate building from the hotel. In that building, there is no pool , no weight room, no continental breakfast, no staff present. If you want any of those things..you must go to the main building. The walk in tub was poorly designed and dangerous. There was no lip at the bottom of the enclosure..so your...

"Very nice place. Excellent accommodations. Close to town."

"We rented a suite with a loft, and it was perfect for our family. Clean comfortable, charming hotel. Easy walking distance to the Baseball Museum and downtown shops, pretty country, charming town. Would recommend the Railway Inn to anybody."

"We had a wonderful stay at Queen of the Catskills! The home is beautiful, with incredibly comfortable rooms and beds, set on a lovely, secluded property that feels peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was fantastic, and the whole experience was exactly what you hope for from a true, down-to-earth B&B. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a cosy Catskills getaway!"

"If you ever go to Cooperstown you must stay at the Inn"

"The double bed room was not clean, dust everywhere and the bathroom was gross. The shower curtain was stained, the sink faucet was filthy and the sink drain only worked if I removed the filthy stopper. I had to ask for a roll of toilet paper and box of tissue. My complaints to the front desk about the non-stop noise from the upstairs room were not addressed, there was no one for me to talk to, I was told that they would leave a note for the manager. My daughter and I could not sleep for 3...

"Excellent breakfast"

"Found the cleanliness of the room excellent - beautiful surroundings and the restaurant staff excellent as well"

"Very nice and clean place the bed was good the staff was great the price is worth I would go back there"

"The room had a musty odor. We were in one of two occupied rooms, so it was very quiet except for road noise. The outside could use some sweeping to get rid of cobwebs around the windows and door. To be fair, the owner’s son has his hands full running the place and working his own job while the owners recuperate from an accident. The son was quite nice and he provided a good continental type breakfast. The location was good for us."

"The room was very clean, and there is convenient parking. It’s a very pleasant place to stay for short period of time. Perfect location. Breakfast is simple, but quite decent."

"The house was well maintained, clean, convenient and newly renovated. A great experience. "
