"Vasa Hotel is very clean and has a sophisticated, upscale atmosphere. The decorations were always on point and added to the overall elegant feel of the hotel. As for the food, I only tried the breakfast buffet, but everything I had was delicious with a good variety of options. I didn’t use the spa or the gym, though I did see the gym facilities and they looked very well equipped. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. "1. スタッフの対応は以前と変わりなく好感が持てる。 2. 客室はトイレが古い、またシャワーは水量不足、 バスタタブの汚れ、シャワー等のコーキング材の 　処置が酷く作業のクオリティーが低い、また日本人 　女性からは敬遠されるレベル 3. アメニティーは最小限、レベルアップが必要 4. 空調機のコントローラー等、設備が全体に古い 5. EVが3基中1基非稼働、到着しても扉が開かない 6. 朝食のバリエーションが以前と比較して減った。 7. ホテルで換金できない。ゴルフ場の予約も限定的 　ブロモツアー等のサポートが得られない。 ※全体に10年間よりサービスの質低下とホテル全体の 　清潔感が失われていると感じた。"
