"A very nice place and facilities"

"Lovely room, great breakfast and friendly, helpful owners."

"Rooms very small especially the single rooms. Walls paper thin next door kept me awake snoring all night.!!"

"Great place. Lovely rooms. Very clean. Great breakfast!"

"Roomservice nur auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption, mal fehlten die Handtücher dann wiederum doppelt so viele, gestaubsaugt ( da Teppichboden) wurde innerhalb einer Woche gar nicht, Dusche und Waschbecken nicht gesäubert, teilweise wurde kein Tee nachgelegt. "We loved this traditional old style hotel and the staff. However dinner was a little bit of a let down I had scallops which were cooked well a served beautifully my wife had a seafood cocktail straight out of the 70,s unfortunately! Followed by a line caught tuna salad , line caught in a tin ! I had venison steak which was cooked very well but served with shop bought skin on fries . The price we paid I would have expected better very disappointed Breakfast was lovely"

"Beautiful setting, very helpful staff, lovely hotel excellent restaurant."

"Vanessa and Steve were exceptional hosts and the facilities at “The Foxes Den” suited us perfectly. Everything was most satisfactory and we ended our stay with a delicious full English breakfast which kept us going for quite a while!!! We would recommend a stay there to everyone visiting the area for a peaceful and very comfortable night."
