Most amazing place I have ever stayed. It was straight out of a fairytale. Wonderful staff, amazing property and the town nearby is very quaint!

Castelo muito bonito, mas não pode visitar muitas dependências, praticamente limitado aos ambientes de acesso aos quartos. Café da manhã fraco. Passamos muito tempo aguardando alguém aparecer para fazer o check out. Quarto muito frio.

An adventure that everyone should participate in. The Castle Dog was amazing and friendly. There were not too many people staying while we were there but that left the place free for adventure. The drive there was inspiring and beautiful. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of choices and very awesome staff. Check in/out was the most simple during our trip and I’m not sure we can’t say enough good things about this place. We really enjoyed the stay and hope to someday return and bring friends to experience this adventure.

Accolti da Marco(titolare), ragazzo eccezionale, siamo stati ospiti del castello x 2 notti. Posto incantevole, da sogno, tranquillo, signorile ma allo stesso tempo gestito in modo semplice e curato. Il personale gentile, il menù del ristorante genuino e con prodotti del luogo e addirittura del posto. Prezzi onesti. Produttori di olio d'oliva, miele e confetture(alla fine del soggiorno ci hanno regalato un vasetto di marmellata di pesche e zenzero, stupenda. Auguro a tutti di soggiornare al castello di Valenzano

A real castle!
The castle is a unique and pleasant place to stay. Lovely grounds. Dinner was fantastic. The dog on grounds barks and growls. He nipped my butt.

Breakfast Need more improvement
It is a very beautiful property. We checked in late , we had total 5 rooms. Three rooms in the apartment and two rooms in the main building of Castello. The apartment only had one shower room, the downstairs washroom only did not have any hot water. There was no shower curtain and you must be aware of wet floor. WiFi was very poor inside the castle rooms but had good signal in the apartment rooms. Breakfast was very normal. Nothing special. Only one lady took care of all the hotel guests. Breakfast started from 08:30 and the boiled eggs ready at 9：00. Boiled eggs served as first come first served. Not for everyone, it is very disappointed. I mentioned these to the lady staff when we checked out .it seemed nothing wrong to her.

Loved this castle experience!
What a memorable experience staying at Castello di Valenzano! We stayed for one night during the springtime and virtually had the castle to ourselves. It's amazing roaming the halls of this castle. The grounds are beautiful as well and staff greeted us when we arrived early too. The restaurant was closed for dinner unfortunately, because it was the off-season, but we found a market about 10 minutes away and stocked up food and drinks for the night. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was perfect. Someone was there to greet us with coffee, pastries, cheese, salami, fruit and juices. If we are ever in the region again, we will DEFINITELY be staying here agai.

とても狭い道を通らないと辿り着く事ができないホテルです。道も悪いです。ホテルは古城を改装し素晴らしいです。但しエレベーターが無いので大きいスーツケースを持って階段を上るのは体力的に非常に厳しいです。お年寄りは無理かもしれません。お部屋は清潔でしたが寒いです。暖房の効きが悪かったと思います。食事は大変満足しました。またいつか来たいです。

This castle is really nice, located on top of the hill with an astonishing view of the surroundings. The pictures don't give you the right idea of the proportion of this castle, which is quite large, with big parking and walking areas with a fountain and several trees. Our room (double deluxe) was well furnished with a comfortable bed and private bathroom. The only negative is that it was hot at night. I would recommend the staff to provide portable fans on demand.

The grounds are beautiful, I felt like I was in a fairytale. Wild grapes, apple orchard, nice walk in the woods. The castle itself is incredible and the restaurant was A++.

After I realized what I have done I immediately contacted Catelle via the portal to have it cancelled. I subsequently made a booking for 24 March , 7376063142055. Feel like a medieval knight!
This is authentic old and large castle with a fragment converted to the B&B. It was renovated in early 20 century and remains as such. Old classic furniture, antique bathroom (but working fine). Attached restaurant was excellent and breakfast was good. Only weakness was absence of air condition or even fan (weather was very hot) and also need to walk up quite a bit of stairs (receptionist, petite italian girl proved very fit insisting on carrying my bag all the way up)

Are you kidding me? This was a dream come true!
Come on. This is a castle. Not a fake one either - but the real deal. My wife, son and I checked in for 2 nights and wished it could have been for 2 weeks. The check in was quick, and we were shown to our room (although it was a bit of a hike inside the castle) which was spacious and clean. The bed was incredible, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. Free water bottles were given daily, as well as coffee right in our room. The breakfast was amazing and fresh. We took a few hours to hike in the area and were rewarded with amazing Tuscan views and scenery. Can't wait to return!

The hotel itself was fantastic. The stuff however were very inconsiderate and loud. There was a wedding the night we stayed and they were pretty loud, which is understandable. But the stuff that was cleaning up after, pitting the chairs away were super loud in the middle of the night. Very inconsiderate and rude. We paid a lot of money to stay there.

We apoligise for the inconvenience and noise caused by the event. The staff that was on site during and after the wedding -catering and clearing up- were not the hotel's staff. Thank you for the review and for letting us know that they were loud, it helps us for future guests.

One of a kind experience
It's a castle! Super clean and friendly staff. Make sure you let the staff know if you will have dinner there as the staff leave at 8pm. So many things to explore within the castle. Food and service at restaurant were superb. 10 min drive takes you to a small town for more authentic restaurants. No elevators but there are breaks in steps and beautifully furnished decor to ease the ascend. Cool comfortable Tuscan air and spring fed water.

Da molto tempo volevo soggiornare in questo hotel e devo dire che non ha deluso le aspettative. Ambiente splendido, castello signorile, ospitalità discreta. Colazione ottima. consiglio solo di migliorare servizio e offerta del ristorante con cui il castello ha la convenzione.
