The location is close to the city's main railway station. The heating system did not work in the booked room and, as a compensation, I received a free upgrade to a better and more spacious room with street view and also free breakfast. The free WiFi connection is very good. The reception is closed during the night, after 10 pm.

I recently stayed at Mirage Hotel in Stuttgart, and overall, my experience was average. The comfort level of the hotel was mediocre, as the furniture and amenities were not very comfortable. The service and breakfast were also just okay—not particularly impressive but not disappointing either. However, one of the highlights of my stay was the reception staff. They were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to assist, which made a positive difference in my experience. One downside was the lack of slippers in the rooms, which would have added to the comfort. While the stay was not particularly remarkable, it was decent for a short visit.

I usually enjoy coming into this small hotel, and i am sure I will come back. I like the close location to the tarin station and the relatively quite location. AND the view out the back, towards the green hill.. Nice! But I have real mixed feelings about the last visit. The receptionist was quite flexible in changing my room at arrival. It was as I am used to in this hotel, just gret to spend a simple night. But!.. There was some long black hair on the floor in the bathroom, some brownish stains on the sink (like nutella or so?.. I hope.. ), something that looked like cut nails in the basin... And an absolutely horrendous, enormous booger stuck on the wall just next to the toilet. Disgusting. Beofre leaving for the night, I told the receptionis about it who promised to, 'of course', clean itduring my absence. Comng back at 2am, hence 9 hours later.... the bathroom had not been cleaned. The disgusting thing on the wall was still there, the rest as well. It made my stay real, real uncomfortable. I felt at unease going into the bathroom.. I hope I can get guarantees of this being solved before y next stay.

Good value near station but up 84 stairs!

Dated room but excellent value. Be warned - if you arrive by train this hotel is up 84 steps! I’ve stayed before so was aware. Kate arrival due to train delays. Contacted hotel and key left in key safe. However, card wouldn’t open front door due to a fault. Let in by someone inside and the rest was ok. Room a bit dated but functional. Good shower.

Well managed family owned, personable property has anything to your liking such as great location, squeaky clean room, comfy bed, delicious breakfast, super fast wifi and lovely staff.
