Comfortable, good location, minimalist

Hotel is well located 3 minutes walk to palace and 5 minutes walk to main square, very modern, fairly minimalist, parking across the street in public car park is expensive, but hotel told us where we could find much cheaper parking ten minutes away by foot. Breakfast was good and excellent value for money. Rooms were comfortable.

Quiet, clean, modern stay

Really easy checkin even late at night. Lovely, clean room with comfortable bed. Wi-Fi was not great, but I was able to reconnect when signal was lost. The housekeeping staff entered my room in the morning without knocking which was a bit of a surprise but I expect that it was because I used the self-checkin feature and possibly they didn’t know I was there. Very strangely the desk is only occupied until 2pm, so bags cannot be left later than that time. Overall happy with the stay and wouldn’t be discouraged from staying here again.

Cozy but a little small .. with winter travels, putting away yr winter coats is challenging! My room hv coat rack above the small desk which is not functional.

dissatisfactions with communication and check-in

To be improved: Communication via the Hotels app were not responded to. Automatic check in outside the hotel after hours was not appreciated, specifically as I had contacted the hotel in advance to announce our time of arrival. The automatic check in took a higher sum from my credit card than the one I had been quoted. This required extra time at the front desk the following day, which clouded the experience.

Parkplatzsituation zu Verkaufsoffenem Sonntag leider sehr schlecht getroffen. Auto musste weiter auserhalb geparkt werden und Abends dann umgeparkt werden. Sonst ein sehr schönes Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage.

Bei Ankunft konnte der sehr freundlich Rezeptionist unsere Buchung nicht finden. Er sagte, dass dieses Hotel gar nicht mit Hotels.com zusammenarbeitet! Also besser über ein anderes Portal buchen. Das Hotel ansonsten ist top, Personal sehr freundlich, alles sauber und zweckmäßig aber schön eingerichtet.

Unterkunft sehr gut. Einziger Nachteil - man kann die Fenster nicht offen lassen da zumindest auf einer Seite die Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage eines Einkaufszentrums liegt. Ansonsten alles top

Das ziemlich neue Hotel Bergamo ist äußert praktisch gelegen: nahe Schloss und Marktplatz. Einkaufszentrum und zwei Parkhäuser ganz in der Nähe. Zimmer sind schön und sauber. Frühstück gut mit sehr erfreulichem Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Außerdem sehr freundliches Personal, und nachhaltige Ausrichtung. Punktabzug gibt es für die praktische Zimmerausstattung. Es gibt keinen Schrank, nur eine Kleiderstange, die direkt über dem Schreibtisch angeordnet ist. Insbesondere für Geschäftsreisen völlig ungeeignet. Es gibt auch keine Kleiderhaken im Eingangsbereich zum Zimmer, so dass dann regennasse Mäntel auch noch auf den Schreibtisch tropfen. Die fehlenden Haken setzen sich im Bad fort. Sein oder Design, das ist hier die Frage.

Hotel nuovo, camera piccola ma confortevole e ben organizzata. Bella edilizia sostenibile ma finalizzata alla stagione fredda, purtroppo non c’è l’aria condizionata e se fa caldo non basta il ventilatore. Parcheggio nel vicinissimo centro commerciale.

Leider hat das Hotel einen Beton Konstruktion, sodass mein Zimmer Nachbarn bei "Spazieren", auf die Ferse um 4 Uhr mich geweckt hat. Es macht einen tief lauten Ton Ich bin im Hotel zum schlafen da, und hier war leider nicht der Fall, sehr schlecht Personal sehr professionell

Ganz hervorragender Aufenthalt nur die Rechnungsstellung war schwierig. Ich hatte auf der Hotels.com Seite im voraus bezahlt, aber das Hotel konnte mir dann keine Rechnung über diese Summe ausstellen, nur über die Summe, die sie berechnen würden und bekommen...wie soll ich so eine Reise abrechnen?

Zum Duvet eine leichtere Sommerdecke bei warmen Temperaturen wäre gut. Pflegeprodukte "Douche" war super, hätten wir gerne auch gekauft. Top die wärmeisolierenden Rollos. Und sehr gut wäre, wenn man die Dachfenster beim Schrägstellen arretieren/sichern könnte.
