"Lovely hotel with a lot of character and history. Great location for sight seeing and scenery. Rooms were nice and cosy. Bit of a squeeze for 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) but we only stayed for 1 night. Breakfast to order was lovely. We ate dinner next door at the pub/ bar. "

The cold breakfast was quite large, with a variety of meats and cheese, fresh vegetables and fruit, cereal and muffins. The bed was a little hard and it would have been nice to have something to place our toiletry kit in the bathroom.We loved the towel warmer!"
